The work does not end at launch.
Publishing your site is day one, not the finish line. Every month Sarape Web Studio measures whether the assistants are reading you, whether they are citing you and what moved on Google — and hands it to you in a document you can understand without knowing any of this.
BY SARAPE WEB STUDIO
What does a Sarape Web Studio client receive each month?
A document with six blocks: your key questions run through the four assistants with a screenshot of every answer, the traffic that arrived from them, which AI crawlers read your site, how traditional search is doing, the movement on your Google Business Profile, and what we did and what comes next.
The six blocks of the document
- 01
Question panel
BY HAND, ASSISTANT BY ASSISTANTAt the start we agree on the questions a real customer would ask — 10 on the Presence plan, 25 on Authority. Every month Sarape Web Studio runs them through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, and records whether your business appeared, where in the answer, how the assistant described you and which source it cited. With a screenshot of every single answer.
WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE, FOR A RESTAURANT IN DALLAS
- where should we eat tonight in Dallas?
- restaurant for an anniversary dinner in Dallas
- best barbacoa near Oak Cliff
- restaurants with a patio in Dallas
This block is manual work. There is no reliable shortcut yet, and Sarape Web Studio will not promise you an automation that does not exist.
- 02
Traffic from assistants
CLOUDFLARE WEB ANALYTICSThe visits that reached your site referred from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com and copilot.microsoft.com. It is the hardest evidence that exists today on whether the GEO work is paying off: not an impression — people who actually arrived.
- 03
AI crawler activity
CLOUDFLARE LOGSHow many times GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and OAI-SearchBot came by, and which pages they read. It is proof that your content is being read, even before that turns into visits. When this number climbs and traffic has not yet, you are on the right track.
- 04
Traditional search
GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLEImpressions, clicks, average position and — the most useful part — which new queries started showing up. The new queries are what tell you why people are finding you, not just how many.
- 05
Google Business Profile
GOOGLE BUSINESSViews, calls, direction requests, new reviews and your rating. Sarape Web Studio flags the reviews left unanswered, because an unanswered review costs more than it looks.

What we did and what comes next
WRITTEN BY USWhat Sarape Web Studio worked on that month, and the three actions for the next one with the reason behind each. Without this block, the other five are just pretty numbers.
How does the report reach you?
As a document in your browser, with the studio's own visual system, delivered through the same single-link infrastructure Sarape Web Studio already uses for proposals. It opens on your phone, nothing to download, no account needed.
Is the report included?
Yes — in two of the three care plans. Presence ($399/month) includes the monthly AI-visibility report on 10 key questions. Authority (from $999/month) tracks 25 questions and adds a new content piece each month. The entry plan, Groundwork ($149/month), covers hosting, backups, monitoring and security — the site's upkeep, with no measurement.
The reason the report only starts at Presence is honest math: running the questions, capturing every answer and writing the document takes real hours every month. Folding it into the cheapest plan would mean charging it to people who never asked for it.

You get it anyway.
Sarape Web Studio cannot guarantee that an assistant will recommend your business, and anyone who promises that is selling you smoke. What we do is measure every month with the same method and show you whatever number comes out. If something is not working, you want to know in month two, not month eight.
Want to see one?
Ask Sarape Web Studio to walk you through a finished report. We will open one on a call so you can see the full format — the screenshots, the tables and the what-comes-next block — before deciding on a plan. Fair warning: the reports we can show today were built for clients in Mexico, so they are in Spanish. The format and the method are exactly what yours would be, in English.
