What are the steps of a project with Sarape Web Studio?

Seven, and none of them starts before the previous one is closed. Two calls to define the scope and the price, the intake form, the visual direction, development with a live link, and launch. The three payments land on steps 3, 6 and 7.

   We talk through your business, where you show up online today and where you don't — including what ChatGPT and Google's AI search actually say when someone asks for a business like yours. No pressure, just a real look at where things stand. It takes about half an hour, there is no slide deck, and there is no commitment.

   Technical & pricing call

   DAY 1

   A follow-up with our technical lead to scope exactly what you need and land on a firm, final quote. Not a range, not an estimate — the number, in writing, and it does not move later.

   Agreement & kickoff

   Once you're ready to move forward, work officially begins.

   Tell us about your business

   DAYS 1–3

   You'll fill out a detailed intake covering your business, hours, brand, and — the part almost nobody asks about — how customers actually search for businesses like yours. On your own or on a call with us, whichever you prefer.

5. 05

   Visual direction

   DAYS 3–8

   You'll receive a proposed color palette and visual style, built with your real information instead of filler text. 3 rounds of revisions are included; a fourth round and beyond is $250. Nothing gets built until you say "that's the one".

   Development begins

   DAYS 8–17

   You get a live link to watch your site take shape from your phone — nothing to install, no system to learn — plus 4 one-hour working sessions with our team during this phase.

7. 07

   Launch

   DAY 18

   Domain live, Google Business Profile connected, and the link ready to put on your social profiles. Then the only recurring cost is the care plan you picked. The timeline above is for the full package: with just the base site and the design, your site is ready in twelve days.

Why is the payment split in three?

So neither of us is betting blind. You don't hand over the full amount before seeing anything, and we don't build for weeks with nothing behind it. Every payment is tied to something you already saw and approved: the scope, the design, and the site live.

The firm quote comes out of the technical call in step 2 and does not move after that. If you want to run the numbers first, the quote builder adds up the same prices published on our pricing page.

What do we need from you?

Less than you'd think, but on time. The intake form can be filled out on a call with us if you'd rather not do it alone. What does run on a clock is your material: you have 15 calendar days from the day the project starts.

And after the site goes live?

The only recurring cost is the care plan, from $149 a month. The most basic level covers hosting, weekly backups, monitoring and a security review, plus support over email and WhatsApp and up to one hour of changes each month. No lock-in: cancel whenever you want.

Changes beyond your plan's hours are $75 per hour, always quoted and approved by you in writing before we work on them. And if later on you want to add the data layer, it keeps its published list price: the site was built to receive it.
