Pricing and scope

How much does a website with AI-search optimization cost?

With Sarape Web Studio, complete packages are $2,498 or $3,698 one-time, and from $4,998 for multi-brand groups — in US dollars, never converted from pesos. Each package is the $1,399 base site plus one data layer tier ($1,099, $2,299 or $3,599+), and the arithmetic is written under every price so you can check it yourself. After launch, the only recurring cost is a monthly care plan from $149. The full breakdown of what each tier covers is on the pricing page.

How do payments work, and when do I pay?

Three payments, and every one comes after a milestone you already approved: 33% when you sign, 33% when you approve the visual direction, and 34% when your site goes live. You are never paying for something you have not seen, and the firm final number comes out of the second call, in writing — it does not move later.

Is the base site enough, or do I need the data layer?

The base site alone is enough if all you want is somewhere to send people. But a site without the data layer on top stays invisible to assistants — we sell it as a foundation, not a finished product, and we tell you that before we charge you.

Can I add the data layer to a site I already have?

Yes. It sells alongside a new site or on top of one you already own — $1,099, $2,299 or $3,599+ depending on scope. What we check first is that your current site loads its content without depending on JavaScript, because otherwise there is nothing for a crawler to read — and that has to be fixed before any data layer can help.

Do I own my domain and my content?

Yes, both. The domain is registered in your name and never tied to us: if you ever move to another provider, you take it with you without asking our permission. The same goes for your content — the texts, photos and business information on the site are yours.

How many revision rounds are included?

3 rounds of revisions on the visual direction — a round is one full pass of your comments and our adjustments — plus up to 30 photos prepared by us. A fourth round and beyond is $250 per round, and extra photos are $15 each. Nothing gets built until you approve the design, and these limits are written on the site, not buried in a contract.

SEO, GEO and how we work

What's the difference between SEO, GEO, and AEO?

SEO gets your business into the list of links a search engine shows; GEO gets it named inside the single answer an AI assistant gives; AEO gets one specific answer of yours picked up word for word when someone asks a question. They are three layers of the same job — being findable — and they stack on one site: none of them replaces the others.

The order matters. SEO makes your site findable and crawlable; GEO makes your business data readable and reusable by the systems that now answer on your behalf; AEO turns each question your customers actually ask into an answer worth quoting. Everything we build does the three together — this very page is doing all three right now.

How is this different from the SEO I might already be paying for?

It builds on top of it — it does not replace it. If you already pay for SEO and it is working, we do not redo that work: the data layer adds what traditional SEO rarely touches — a complete structured record of your business, the same facts stated identically everywhere, content that AI crawlers are allowed to read, and answers written in the format assistants quote. If nobody is doing SEO for you, the base site covers the technical foundation and the data layer goes on top. Layers that stack, not services that compete.

How long does it take to launch, and what do I need to provide?

About eighteen days with a complete package, or twelve for the base site alone — counted from the day we have your texts and photos, not from the day you sign. The project runs in seven steps, and none of them starts before the previous one is closed. What you provide is your business information, your texts and your photos, and you have 15 calendar days from kickoff to deliver them; past that, the project pauses and gets rescheduled. It is not a penalty — the team booked those days for you — and we remind you before the deadline hits.

What do the monthly care plans include, and is there a lock-in?

No lock-in: the plan starts the day your site goes live and you cancel whenever you want. Groundwork ($149/month) covers hosting, weekly backups, monitoring and security review, support over email and WhatsApp, and up to one hour of changes. Presence ($399/month) adds the monthly AI-visibility report on 10 key questions and up to three hours of changes. Authority (from $999/month) tracks 25 questions and adds one new content piece each month, a Google Business Profile review and up to six hours of changes. Hours do not roll over, and anything beyond them is quoted and approved in writing before we work it.

You're based in Mexico — can you really serve my US business?

Yes — the work is 100% online, and your main contact is in the United States. Daniel Garza, our co-founder and sales director, is Mexican-American, was raised in the Rio Grande Valley and spent four years in big tech in Austin; he takes your first call on a US number, in English. Pricing is in US dollars from its own list, and everything from the discovery call to launch happens over video calls, WhatsApp and a live link where you watch your site take shape from your phone.

Results and guarantees

Can you guarantee my business shows up in ChatGPT?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who promises it is selling you smoke. What we do control is that your information is complete, consistent, open to crawlers and written in the format these systems read best. That is measurable work, and every month you get the measurement with a screenshot of each answer and the source of every number.

What does the monthly report actually show me?

Four things, with the source of every number. First, what ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot answer when asked the real questions your customers ask — with a screenshot of each answer, so you are not taking our word for it. Second, which AI crawlers actually came and read your site. Third, how you did in traditional search. Fourth, what was done that month and what comes next. The format is public: we publish our own measurement on this very site, so you can see exactly what you would receive before you pay for anything.

What if the report brings bad news?

It reaches you anyway. We measure every month with the same method and show you the number that comes out, up or down. If something is not working, you want to know it in month two — not in month eight, when you have been paying for half a year. That is also why every answer comes with a screenshot: the evidence is yours, not our summary of it.
