Taqueria · San Antonio · Since 1987
Three generations at the fire. Handmade tortillas, mesquite charcoal, and a salsa recipe we don't share with anyone.
Our story
Don Chuy lit his first trompo in 1987 on a street corner in Saltillo, Mexico. Today his granddaughter runs the fire in San Antonio, still marinating the meat with the same recipe — written in pencil in a notebook that never leaves the kitchen.

★★★★★
"It's not a taco — it's a childhood memory served on a tortilla."
