Web Studio & AI Search Optimization

Search used to give ten links.
Now it gives one answer.

Your customer stopped scrolling a page of blue links. They ask an assistant and get two or three businesses, named. We build the site and the data underneath it, so yours is one of the names.

What changed about being found

THE OLD WAY · TEN BLUE LINKS

Ten results. Your customer picked from all of them.

WHAT HAPPENS NOW

“Who's the best roofer in Dallas?”

  1. A competitor with readable data
  2. Another one, three miles away
  3. A third you've never heard of

Your business isn't mentioned.

One answer. Three names. There is no page two.

Getting into that answer isn't a ranking trick. It's whether a machine can read what you sell, where you are, when you're open and what people ask you. Your site is written for people; the data layer is written for the machines that now answer on your behalf. You need both — a beautiful site with no data layer stays invisible, and a data layer with no site has nothing to point at.

BASE SITE $1,399 · COMPLETE PACKAGES FROM $2,498

Built for businesses like yours

Sarape Web Studio doesn't sell one generic site to every business. What an assistant needs to read from a restaurant is not what it needs from a repair shop — so the data layer is built around how your customers ask.

Restaurants & cafés

Your menu readable by the assistants people ask "where should we eat tonight?" — plus reservations and WhatsApp ordering.

Clinics & professional offices

Services, insurance and hours structured so AI search recommends you by name — not just whoever bought the ad.

Boutiques & retail

A catalog machines can read, consistent across Google and directories, so "where do I find X near me" includes your store.

Repair shops & trades

Show up when someone asks for a roofer, mechanic or plumber they can trust — with reviews and coverage area a click away.

What does it cost?

Two things, priced separately because they're two different jobs — but the number that matters is the total, so it's the one we put in front. Everything below is in US dollars, and every limit is written on this page rather than buried in a contract.

The base site

$1,399

One-time. It's the entry floor, not the finished product — a well-built site without the data layer on top is still invisible to assistants.

INCLUDED

  • Up to 5 sections: home, services or menu, about, gallery and contact.
  • Custom design built from your real assets, not a template.
  • Mobile, tablet and desktop.
  • Technical SEO foundation: unique titles and descriptions, heading hierarchy, optimized images with alt text, sitemap, robots file and load speed.
  • Basic structured data: business record, hours, location and phone.
  • Contact form and a direct WhatsApp link.
  • Published on Cloudflare with an SSL certificate.

Base site + data layer, all in

The two prices add up. Each package below is the base site plus one data layer tier, and the big number is the total you pay — the line under it shows the arithmetic so you can check it yourself.

Already have a site you like? The data layer sells on its own, on top of what you have — $1,099, $2,299 or $3,599+ depending on scope. We check first that your current site loads its content without depending on JavaScript, because otherwise there's nothing to read.

What's not included, and what it costs?

We write our limits on the page, not in the fine print. You know up front what's in the price and what's billed separately. It isn't a restriction — it's so neither of us gets a surprise halfway through.

Why is there a monthly plan?

Because the work doesn't end at launch. Every month we run your questions through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, check which AI crawlers actually read your site, measure traditional search, and send you a document with what was done and what comes next.

How we work, start to finish

Seven steps, and none of them starts before the previous one is closed. You're never paying for something you haven't seen: every payment follows a milestone you've already approved.

  1. Discovery call

We talk through your business, where you show up online today and where you don't — including what ChatGPT and Google's AI search actually say when someone asks for a business like yours. No pressure, just a real look at where things stand.

  2. Technical & pricing call

A follow-up with our technical lead to scope exactly what you need and land on a firm, final quote. Not a range, not an estimate — the number, in writing, and it does not move later.

  3. Agreement & kickoff

Once you're ready to move forward, work officially begins.

    PAYMENT 1 OF 3 · 33% — ON SIGNING

  4. Tell us about your business

You'll fill out a detailed intake covering your business, hours, brand, and — the part almost nobody asks about — how customers actually search for businesses like yours. On your own or on a call with us, whichever you prefer.

  5. Visual direction

You'll receive a proposed color palette and visual style, built with your real information instead of filler text. 3 rounds of revisions are included; a fourth round and beyond is $250. Nothing gets built until you say "that's the one".

  6. Development begins

You get a live link to watch your site take shape from your phone — nothing to install, no system to learn — plus 4 one-hour working sessions with our team during this phase.

    PAYMENT 2 OF 3 · 33% — ON VISUAL APPROVAL

  7. Launch

Domain live, Google Business Profile connected, and the link ready to put on your social profiles. Then the only recurring cost is the care plan you picked.

    PAYMENT 3 OF 3 · 34% — ON LAUNCH

33%

On signing

Work officially begins.

33%

On visual approval

Real development starts.

34%

On launch

Your site is fully live.

Have you actually built this before?

Yes — every one of these is live right now. They're sites Sarape Web Studio built for Mexican businesses, in Spanish, and that's exactly why we show them: real client work you can open and inspect, not mockups we made up for this page.

Who you'll actually work with

Sarape Web Studio is two people, and you talk to both of them — from the first call to launch. No account managers, no hand-offs.

Portrait of Gerardo Garza, founder of Sarape Web Studio

Gerardo Garza

FOUNDER & CEO

Built the digital platform of Vanguardia, a major Mexican news group — subscriptions, payments and mobile apps serving readers every day. He leads everything technical: your site, your data layer and the monthly measurement behind it.

"The size of your business shouldn't decide the quality of your digital presence."

Daniel Garza

CO-FOUNDER & SALES DIRECTOR

Mexican-American, raised in the Rio Grande Valley, with four years in big tech in Austin serving enterprise-level companies. Now he brings what he learned there to small businesses — and he's your first call and your main contact in the United States.

"I spent four years watching enterprise companies win — not because they had more tools, but because they knew which ones to leverage. I want to help RGV businesses do the same."

Proof, on this very site

Everything Sarape Web Studio just described is applied to this site, and you can verify it right now without asking us:

Open this page's source code and you'll find the full structured data — the business entity, every price in this catalog and each question below, in the format assistants read. It's the same work we do for your business.

Questions we get

Can you guarantee my business shows up in ChatGPT?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who promises it is selling you smoke. What we do control is that your information is complete, consistent, open to crawlers and written in the format these systems read best. That is measurable work, and every month you get the measurement with a screenshot of each answer and the source of every number.

Do I need the data layer, or is the site enough?

The site alone is enough if all you want is somewhere to send people. But a site without the data layer on top stays invisible to assistants — we sell it as a foundation, not a finished product, and we tell you that before we charge you.

Can I buy the data layer for a site I already have?

Yes. It sells alongside a new site or on top of one you already own. What we check first is that your current site loads its content without depending on JavaScript — otherwise there is nothing for a crawler to read.

What if I do not like the design?

You get 3 rounds of revisions on the visual direction, and nothing gets built until you approve it. A fourth round and beyond is $250. The limits are written on this page, not buried in a contract.

Who owns the domain and the site?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and never tied to us. If you ever move to another provider, you take it with you without asking our permission.

Want to see where you stand?

The first call is 15 minutes and costs nothing. We'll run the questions your customers actually ask through four assistants and show you what they answer today. If you come out looking good, we'll tell you that too.

Or email jerry@sarapeweb.com — we answer the same business day.
